I’ve had two experiences with Yogi as my therapist. He’s been successfully able to get me back to normal activities and he’s definitely been a help to my rehabbing. He’s built up my strength and he’s guided me through exercises to being able to navigate on my own very well to just use a cane occasionally, but it’s mostly for balance and we’re working on that as I speak so hopefully by the time he’s done with me, I should be pretty much back to normal. I really really appreciate Yogi and his procedures and patience and his kindness and he’s just been wonderful for rehabbing me thank you

It was so easy to sign up with AChoice. Doreen, our visiting nurse is wonderful. Not only did she listen to our needs she cared. She notifies us when she is on her way and responds to our questions and concerns. I have never met a health care nurse as caring as Doreen.

My mother's physical therapist, Joel, is exceptional. Not only is he masterful at his profession, he is so caring. My mother cannot stop talking about how wonderful he is. Doreen, my mother's home care nurse, was also excellent. She was so kind and caring to my mother. She correctly diagnosed my mother's severe dizziness with orthostatic hypotension when no other doctor had in the last fifteen years. Truly grateful for Doreen! These two professionals are the best of the best. A Choice sent my mom their A team.

The entire team of professionals assisting my mom have been terrific to work with. The Nurse who saw my mom was a wealth of comfort and encouragement as we changed out a medication which proved to be so helpful. The PT team has helped my mom understand the exercises and supported her through the process of regaining her strength and a bit of her stability. I would recommend this team for your loved one's needs.

A Choice Home Health Care was great. They kept in communication with me. My therapist Yogi was the best. So personable and was always on time. I would use them again.
